How it works
- For job seekers: Create a free profile, attach a resume, and apply to participating employers with your saved information. Resume Radar reviews selectable PDF or DOCX text in your browser; Career Compass offers practical guidance and compares your skills with actual published listings using simple phrase matching, not a live AI model.
- For employers: Apply for a free company account. An admin reviews the company before it can publish jobs. Approved employers can post roles, add application questions, and manage submitted applications, or direct candidates to an external application page.
- For sourced opportunities: Google Jobs listings via SerpApi and ApplyNear listings sync into Firestore daily when imports succeed, alongside separately managed employer posts. External listings are labeled by source; ApplyNear's agency roles can have confidential clients. Always verify the location, employer, and availability on the original listing.
A developer-loadable Chrome extension can fill standard application fields from details saved on your device. It is not published on the Chrome Web Store and never submits applications automatically; you review and submit each form yourself.
