The Problem
Events tooling today is a graveyard of forms. Eventbrite, Meetup, Luma, Hopin — most of them are essentially ticketing forms with a landing page attached. Every "AI feature" is bolted on: a chatbot that summarizes the description, a matcher that sorts attendees by title.
Meanwhile, the actual work of running an event — writing the description, picking the venue, drafting the invite copy, sequencing the emails, generating the after-recap — is still fully manual.
What It Is
Polyground is an AI-native events platform, built from the first click around AI-assisted workflows.
- Draft the whole event in one prompt — description, agenda, invite copy, follow-up email, LinkedIn announcement, all generated together and edited inline
- Smart matchmaking — attendees get suggested intros based on stated goals, not job titles
- Live co-pilot — during the event, the organizer gets nudges: "5 people who wanted intros haven't met yet — kick it off?"
- Auto-recap — post-event, a shareable recap page with photos, key moments, and thank-yous is drafted for you
Who It's For
Community-led companies, DevRel teams, and independent organizers who run 5–50 events a year and want the operational quality of a full-time events team without hiring one.
Status
Currently in active development. Closed source, private alpha with a handful of DevRel-led communities.
